Iceland

In 2007 we followed Mark’s dream and flew to Iceland for a 3 week trip.  The time was August, the weather was rainy and a bit chilly… but Iceland was beautiful.  An amazing experience and if you love the outdoors it is well worth checking out.

We packed our tent and camping gear in a suitcase and rented a Toyota Corolla when we arrived.  We camped every night and circled the entire island.  Oh, and if you aren’t familiar… Iceland is green and Greenland is icey!
